Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service are a long standing customer and are always looking to develop IT solutions to meet there ever changing requirements. Over the last 5 years we have worked closely with SFRS to provide Consultancy Service, Software Development and Support services.

waveAM Initially waveAM was developed to track and trace the fire fighters PPE equipment. Following installation Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service have taken 2 major upgrades to the system, the first allows BA maintenance to record services and repairs to all of the brigades BA equipment and the most recent upgrade provides Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service with the ability to track and track all of there IT and Capital Assets.

Retained Availability System Monitoring levels of crewing at retained stations has always been a difficult task. Staffordshire Fire developed a different approach to payment of retained Fire-fighters and required a system to manage availability and payment. Wavetech Consultancy Ltd provided a system in 2004 that has been deployed at multiple stations.


IRS Data Transfer Each Fire service has to transfer incident data to the national Incident Recording System. The Wavetech Consultancy IDT application has been chosen


PinPoint 2.0 Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service took delivery of our PinPoint 2.0 Data Cleansing system in 2008. The system automatically imports data from the Firecat 2000 C&C system and attempts to match the address against NLPG data. Wavetech Consultancy have many years of experience in address matching techniques which are used in PinPoint to match both addressable and non-addressable data. The resultant geo-coded data can be exported into a mapping system or linked via ODBC.
